Designing a platform for global nature-risk screening
NatureMetrics helps organisations understand nature-related risk using ground-truth eDNA and remote habitat data. I led the zero-to-one design of Global Nature Risk, helping companies screen thousands of assets and identify where closer investigation is needed.

Using AI to free-up millions in the insurance industry
MatterLab leverages AI to enhance human expertise by providing more accurate forecasts for legal case costs. I led product research and design of the MatterLab legal-tech platform, with a focus on explainable AI and ensuring lawyers are in control of case outcomes.

Designing an AI-powered platform for ecological restoration
Dendra helps governments and environmental organisations restore and safeguard biodiversity. I led the zero-to-one design of the Dendra nature-tech platform and Orchid design system, driving research, discovery and the development of core features that defined the platform’s foundations.
Outcomes
- Unified restoration planning, intervention tracking and biodiversity monitoring in one platform.
- Doubled usability scores for navigation across complex geospatial hierarchies.
- Established a WCAG-aligned design system across customer-facing applications.
- AI-assisted workflows increased prototyping speed by 4x.

Designing a scouting platform to help football clubs win more sustainably
As design lead for the MUD Analytics product team, I helped shape the strategic direction of the football scouting platform with contextual insights that anchor recruitment decisions to smarter investments and long-term squad planning.

Using AI to scale environmental restoration
I led research and design of a new suite of internal apps to accelerate customer deliveries, by making the most of human expertise and machine automation. The Labeller is an AI-powered bespoke GIS mapping app used by ecology and GIS experts, to identify, assess and tag various map features at scale.
Outcomes
- 4x speed improvement for remote analysis, revolutionising environmental restoration at scale.
- Simplified UI with tailored modes focused on specific jobs to be done.
